This project consists of two separate spaces. In one space, hidden from the viewers, is a drum in which I constructed a miniature world. Also inside the drum, are 4 surveillance cameras. The video captured in the drum is projected on to the walls of the second space. The shift in scale from drum to projection allows viewers to believe they are viewing an actual living space. When the drum is played the items in the “room” are thrown about, the sound of the drum is also played loudly through speakers evoking an experience that is destabilizing and disorienting.
